By accessing or using Jornix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Jornix provides a cloud-based time tracking and workforce management platform. The service includes employee clock-in/out, shift management, reporting, and compliance features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not access, sell, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jornix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the domicile of Jornix.
